We have a 30 day return or exchange policy for items (excluding saddles, please see saddle policy below) that are still new and in unused condition. Any leather items that have been used, oiled or treated in any way are not able to be returned.

All Saddles have a 7 day return policy from the date received. Saddles can not be returned if there are any signs of use or marks on saddle or billets from riding in saddle. All horse clothing must be clean and unused to be returned.
