Return Policy

We have a 30 day return or exchange policy for items (excluding saddles, please see saddle policy below) that are still new and in unused condition. Any leather items that have been used, oiled or treated in any way are not able to be returned. All Saddles have a 7 day return policy from the date received. Saddles can not be returned if there are any signs of use or marks on saddle or billets from riding in saddle. All horse clothing must be clean and unused to be returned. Shipping Information

We will ship all in stock items within 1-2 working days. In the event that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by email with an estimated ship date. Out of stock items will typically ship out within 7-10 working days. We make evey effort to keep all items on our website in stock. Shipping prices within the United States are currently a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $100.00 and free shipping on orders over $100.00.

Canadian Shipping

We are currently offering flat rate shipping to Canada. $10.00 flat rate shipping on orders up to $500.00, $25.00 flat rate shipping on orders between $500.00 and $1000.00, and $35.00 flat rate shipping on orders over $1000.00.

International Shipping

Please email or call for information regarding foreign shipments. We will quote each international shipment individually based on weight and delivery location. We are not able to ship saddles internationally. Customers are responsible for any and all related duties or taxes on shipments outside on the U.S.. Foreign shipments payable in U.S. funds via Visa or Mastercard.
